Biography
Senija Grebovic brings to Grant Law an impressive set of legal skills based on her solid knowledge in real estate, business litigation, employment, and creditor’s rights. Her diverse experience arguing contested motions, taking depositions, and handling complex negotiations has helped her gain an understanding of a broad range of legal issues. Senija previously worked as an associate attorney at a Chicago area law firm representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. She also worked in the felony trial division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Senija contributed to writing the Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Bench Book for Practitioners produced by the John Marshall Law School Pro Bono Clinic and Judge Lewis Nixon. She also contributed to the writing of an Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education article on Non-Traditional Real Estate Transactions. Senija is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Bosnian American Professional Association. She is fluent in English, Bosnian, Serbian, and Croatian. Senija maintains membership in the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.

Education
Senija earned her law degree at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago (now UIC Law School) in 2015. Prior to law school, Senija earned her master’s degree in Comparative and International Politics from Loyola University of Chicago in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology, graduating summa cum laude in 2009. While studying at Loyola University of Chicago, Senija received an Outstanding Academic Achievement Award from the Faculty of the Department of Political Science.
